Returns

Manufacturing Defects:
If there is a manufacturing defect in the product, you can return it without any deductions from your payment.

Post-Purchase Defects:
If a manufacturing defect appears after use, you may return the product within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Non-Returnable Cases:
Returns will not be accepted due to personal discomfort, unsuitable style choices, or improper usage of the product.

Exchanges

Size Exchange:
If the selected size doesn’t fit, you may exchange it by paying the exchange fee as well as new shipping charges for both directions.

Color Exchange:
If the color is not suitable and you wish to change it, an exchange fee of 100 EGP will apply, in addition to new shipping charges for both directions.
